Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped Delivery & Duty Paid (DDP).

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at [your contact email]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
